Formed while at school in 2007, The Skints, reggae et dub upstart band from East London, have been mashing it uptown, downtown and all around with their sound of reggae fusion and punk with urban attitude. Their sound developed while playing squat parties and underground bars in unfashionable parts of London. Since 2008 the band have toured extensively, playing hundreds of shows, supporting bands that include Sublime with Rome, Less Than Jake, The Slackers, Gogol Bordello and many more. With “FM” they lately released their third full-length studio ablum. The Skints have been blowing up every cliché about modern reggae en route to becoming the hottest UK reggae act around. Don’t miss them playing one of their phenomenal live shows at the Rockhal Floor on 27th September!
